Get Ready: A New Cycle of ALP Begins This April 2026 in Yakima

We are excited to announce that the next cycle of the Agricultural Leadership Program (ALP) will take place in Yakima from April 24 through May 29, 2026. This new edition of the program will continue building on our mission to empower agricultural workers, supervisors, and future leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to excel in today’s industry.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in dynamic courses, interactive workshops, and hands-on learning experiences designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. With bilingual instruction and the support of our dedicated instructors, ALP provides a unique platform where students grow both personally and professionally.
