Private ALP Course
Bring the ALP to your organization

Experience the complete ALP curriculum exclusively for your organization. This 40-hour multi-session program combines practical leadership training with follow-up coaching to help participants apply what they learn in the workplace.
Duration: Approximately 12 weeks (1 day/week for 6 weeks in person, 6 weeks practice, then graduation on week 12. Total 40 hours instruction)
Audience: Up to 15 participants per language
Language: English or Spanish, or bilingual
Focused Leadership Training
Customize the ALP for your needs

A one- or two-day interactive workshop designed to strengthen key leadership skills. Choose from a variety of topics from the ALP to design a workshop that includes a virtual follow-up to support leadership skill implementation after the training.
Duration: 1–2 Days (8 hours/day)
Audience: Up to 15 participants per language
Virtual follow-up: 4 hours
Language: English or Spanish, or bilingual
Leadership Conference
Large Group Leadership Experience

Designed for larger audiences, this conference-style program delivers engaging leadership sessions focused on one or two key topics. Ideal for organizations, conferences, and industry events.
Duration: 1 day (4 to 8 hours)
Audience: Up to 200 participants
Topics: Up to 2 topics in depth
Language: English or Spanish, or bilingual
